摘 要:“老年教育”一词自出现后,在不同国家的不同历史时期有着不同的界定,目前关于这一概念的认识主要集中在对象、本质、目的和实践四个层面。老年教育主要是以老年人口为教育对象,根据老年人的特点有目的、有组织地对所属社会承认的老年人施加教育影响,满足老年人精神文化需求,帮助老年人适应社会发展,实现老年人生命价值的康养式教育活动。老年教育具有教育对象的主体性、教育目的的双重性、教育内容的丰富性、教育途径的多样性和教育事业的福利性等特征。老年教育与终身教育、成人教育、继续教育、社区教育、社会教育、职业教育、家庭教育、闲暇教育、老年大学等相关概念既有联系,又有区别。The term"education for the elderly"has been defined differently in different historical periods in different countries.At present,the understanding of this concept mainly focuses on four levels:object,essence,purpose and practice.Education for the elderly mainly takes the elderly population as the object of education.According to the characteristics of the elderly,it aims to exert educational influence on the elderly recognized by the society in an organized way,so as to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly,help the elderly adapt to social development,and realize the health education activities of the life value of the elderly.Education for the elderly is characterized by the subjectivity of the object of education,the duality of the purpose of education,the richness of the content of education,the diversity of the way of education,and the welfare of the education.Education for the elderly is not only related to but also different from such related concepts as lifelong education,adult education,continuing education,community education,social education,vocational education,family education,leisure education,and university for the elderly.
