摘　　要：人类千年以来所积累的知识,正在技术化的时代不断变得线性化、碎片化和单一化;学问之间日益筑起高墙,不同学科之间的交流变得困难。时至今日,社会过度追寻量化和可测量性,人文社会科学先天的实验性和开拓性变得难能可贵。《终身学习和成人教育中的转化视角:一场对话》是一本成人学习研究方面的实验性作品,作者从转化学习的理论入手,通过对话、隐喻、历史回顾、理论探索、案例展示、多维视角等方式阐释转化学习的重要性、可发展性与实践性。论著主张对个体的内外兼修、家庭和社区教育实践及终身学习研究保持开放性思考。In the technological age,the knowledge accumulated by humanity over millennia is becoming linear,fragmented,and homogenized.Barriers are being erected between disciplines,which make communication between different fields difficult.Today,quantifiability and measurability are overemphasized by the society.The nature of the humanities and social sciences is far away from the spirit of experimentation and pioneering.Transforming Perspectives in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education:A Dialogue is an experimental work on adult learning.Starting from the theoretical perspective,this book elucidates the importance,developability,and practicality of transforming learning through dialogue,metaphor,historical review,theoretical exploration,case studies,and multidimensional perspectives.It advocates open thinking on the individual's internal and external cultivation,family and community education practice and lifelong learning research.
