摘 要:教学案例库是重要的教学资源,是提升研究生教育教学质量、进行教学方法和培养模式改革的重要手段。文章基于《青少年社会工作》教学案例库建设的实践经验,提出了教学案例库内容框架、案例编写原则和案例库使用建议。案例编写遵循政策性、真实性和情景性三大原则,注重案例的扩展与升华,做到理论性与实践性相结合。案例库应用采取“案例+情景+体验”教学模式,按照资料准备、任务分配、任务执行、讨论点评、过程控制等五个环节实施教学。Teaching case libraries are vital educational resources and crucial tools for enhancing the quality of graduate education and implementing reforms in teaching methods and training modes.We have developed a"Adolescent Social Work"teaching case library.case writing emphasizes the policy,authenticity,and situational characteristics of the cases.Focus is given to the expansion and sublimation of the cases,integrating theory with practice.The application of the case library adopts the"case-scenario-experience"teaching model.The teaching process is implemented according to five steps:material preparation,task assignment,task execution,discussion and comment,and process control.The implementation of this refined model has proven its efficacy and value in the instructional domain.
