摘 要:专业认同影响学生在校期间的成长与进入行业后的发展。以皖北某应用型本科院校为样本,通过问卷统计分析和扎根理论研究方法概述了旅游管理类本科生专业认同现状及影响因素:专业认同得分为3.3195,整体认同情况一般;专业行为维度得分最高,专业情感得分表现较差;专业认同在不同年级中具有差异性,大四学生具有更为强烈的专业情感依赖性。扎根理论结果显示学生专业认同受到教学环境、行业环境、产教融合、主观心理和他人评价等因素的共同作用,而产教融合会在各因素中起到铺设桥梁作用。据此提出了打造产学研合作平台、引企驻校、校企合作等途径,提升学生的专业认同水平。Professional identity affects the students growth at school and their development after entering the industry.Taking an application-oriented undergraduate college in northern Anhui as a sample,the current situation and influencing factors of tourism management undergraduates professional identity through questionnaire statistical analysis and grounded theory research method were summrized.The professional identity score is 3.3195,indicating that the overall identity situation is average;The highest score is in the dimension of professional behavior,while the performance of professional emotions is poor;Professional identity is different in different grades,and senior students have stronger professional emotional dependence.The results of theory show that students professional identity is influenced by factors such as teaching environment,industry environment,integration of production and education,subjective psychology and evaluations from others,and integration of industry and education will play a bridging role in each factor.Based on this,it is proposed to build a platform for industry-university-research cooperation,attract enterprises to settle in schools,and cooperate with schools and enterprises to enhance the professional identity level of students.
