摘　　要：分类培养的本质,强调的是人的需要,而不仅仅是经济社会的需要,更不是因学位数不够而让中职加以补充。教育改革的初衰就是“让每个人都有人生出彩的机会”。The essence of differentiated education is to meet not merely economic or social demands,but also human needs.Secondary vocational education should also not be considered just a supplement to compensate for low enrollment of students in tertiary vocational education schools.The true objective of educational reform is to provide"every individual with the opportunity to succeed in their life",said Wu Xianwei,chairman of National Joint Conference of Secondary Vocational School Principals.
