思维激励、平行思维与TRIZ创新思维比较

摘　　要：TRIZ是一种杰出的、源于科技创新实践的技术创新发展理论和辩证方法。通过与思维激励、平行思维比较分析,有机融联TRIZ创新工具、整合改进头脑风暴及六顶思考帽,提出“S-TRIZ平行思维头脑风暴”团队创新应用的一般模型。该模型是S-TRIZ团队应用的一个侧面探索,使团队创新协同过程中工具驾驭简单易行,思维过程划分更细致,思维协同更加明确。一方面,体现TRIZ“技术辩证法”在创新过程中的重要作用;另一方面,体现技术创新过程的“全脑思维”。TRIZ is an outstanding development theory and dialectical method which is derived from the practice of technological innovation.Through comparing and analyzing thinking motivation and parallel thinking,the paper organically integrates TRIZ innovation tools,integrates and improves brainstorming and six thinking caps,and puts forward a general model of“S-TRIZ parallel thinking brainstorming”meant for team innovation application.This model is a side exploration applied by S-TRIZ team,which makes the tool control simple in the process of team innovation collaboration;therefore,the thinking process is more detailed,and the thinking collaboration is much clearer.The study embodies the important role of TRIZ“technical dialectics”in the process of innovation,ang the“whole brain thinking”in the technological innovation process.
