摘　　要：乡村振兴人才先行,人才培养必须依靠教育。黑龙江省农村教育在资源配置方面仍存在问题,影响着农村教育现代化的进程。应解决黑龙江省农村教育现代化进程中存在的农村教育资源分配的问题,构建具有服务性的教育政策,解决教师流失、资金短缺等现象,稳定农村教育。Talents come fi rst for rural revitalization,and talent cultivation must rely on education.There are still problems in resource allocation of rural education in Heilongjiang Province,which aff ects the process of rural education modernization.For addressing the problem of resource distribution of rural education in the process of rural education modernization in Heilongjiang Province,the service-oriented education policy should be constructed to solve teacher loss and fund shortage,and to stabilize rural education.
