摘 要:现代职业教育体系以立德树人为根本任务,以创新实践为内在动力,以高质量的师资队伍为重要依靠。但是在现代职业教育体系的建设及发展中发现,高等职业院校的师资队伍与高质量建设目标不相符合,具体表现在师德素养低,以及育人理念、方法滞后等方面。针对当前国内高职师资队伍建设的弊端,结合现代职业教育体系发展目标,从思政引领与科技赋能两个方面提出高职师资队伍建设的科学路径,以期通过系统化培养全面增强师资力量,以完善、高质量的师资队伍为现代职业教育体系提供有力支撑与保障。The modern vocational education system takes moral education as the fundamental task,innovative practice as the internal driving force,and high-quality teaching staff as the important support.However,it is found that the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges are not in line with the goal of high-quality construction,which is specifically manifested in the low moral literacy of teachers,as well as the lag of educational concepts and methods in the construction and development of the modern vocational education system.In view of the disadvantages of the current construction of higher vocational teaching staff in China,this paper combines the development goals of modern vocational education system to propose scientific paths of the construction of higher vocational teaching staff from two aspects of ideological and political guidance and scientific and technological empowerment,in order to comprehensively strengthen the teaching staff through systematic training and provide strong support and guarantee for the modern vocational education system with perfect and high-quality teaching staff.
