摘  要:目的构建公立医院基层行政人员岗位胜任力模型。方法基于文献回顾,初步提取胜任力指标;对10名浙江省公立医院基层行政人员进行行为事件访谈,筛选胜任力指标;对25名专家进行咨询,确定胜任力指标。结果公立医院基层行政人员岗位胜任力模型由5项一级指标、18项二级指标构成,5项一级指标包括个人特质、专业素质、工作技能、人际关系及管理能力等。结论构建的公立医院基层行政人员岗位胜任力模型具有可操作性,能够为公立医院基层行政人员招聘、考核及培训提供参考。Objective To construct a post competency model suitable for grassroots administrative personnel in public hospitals.Methods Based on literature review,competency index was extracted initially.Behavioral event interviews was conducted among 10 grassroots administrative staff of public hospitals in Zhejiang Province to screen competency indicators.25 experts were consulted to determine competency indicators.Results The post competency model of grass-roots administrative staff in public hospitals was composed of 5 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators.The 5 first-level indicators included personal characteristics,professional quality,work skills,interpersonal relationship and management ability.Conclusion The post competency model of grass-roots administrative staff in public hospitals is practical and can provide reference for the recruitment,assessment and training of grass-roots administrative staff in public hospitals.
