摘　　要：在教学中开展课程思政是高校教育立德树人的使命所在,也是高校教师的从业要求。文章总结基于OBE理念的药物化学教学中开展课程思政的教育目标的梳理、教学思路的构建、案例设计等经验做法,进一步探讨在专业课中开展课程思政的重点、难点,阐明课程思政既是OBE理念下教学目标实现的有效手段,也是实现高校育人的有益补充。Carrying out ideological and political education in the teaching of medicinal chemistry is not only the mission of moral education in universities,but also the requirement of pharmaceutical engineering professionals.the paper summarizes the experience and practice of carrying out ideological and political courses in the teaching of medicinal chemistry based on OBE concept,and further discusses the key points and difficulties of carrying out ideological and political courses in professional courses.It is clarified that ideological and political courses are not only an effective means to achieve the teaching objectives under the OBE concept,but also a beneficial supplement to realize“Building morality and cultivating talents”in universities.
