高新技术产业集聚对绿色技术创新的影响研究——基于数字经济的调节作用

摘　　要：基于2011—2020年30个省份的面板数据,运用随机效应模型和固定效应模型,研究高新技术产业集聚不同模式对绿色技术创新的影响机制并进一步考察数字经济的调节效应。研究发现:多样化集聚和数字经济水平能够显著促进绿色技术创新提高,专业化集聚显著抑制绿色技术创新发展,且国内高新技术产业专业化集聚的负外部性已经凸显;调节机制表明数字经济水平能够显著削弱专业化集聚对绿色技术创新的负向作用,多样化集聚对绿色技术创新的积极作用随数字经济的提高而逐渐减弱。研究表明高新技术产业集聚对绿色技术创新的影响与数字经济密切相关,意味着优化调整产业集聚模式的同时需结合数字化转型才能有效提升高新技术产业绿色技术创新。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this study uses random effect model and fixed effect model to study the influence mechanism of different modes of high-tech industrial agglomeration on green technology innovation and further examine the adjustment effect of digital economy.It is found that diversified agglomeration and digital economy can significantly promote the improvement of green technology innovation,while specialized agglomeration significantly inhibits the development of green technology innovation,and the negative externality of specialized agglomeration of domestic high-tech industries has been highlighted.The adjustment mechanism shows that the level of digital economy can significantly weaken the negative effect of specialized agglomeration on green technology innovation,and the positive effect of diversified agglomeration on green technology innovation gradually weakens with the improvement of digital economy.The research shows that the impact of high-tech industry agglomeration on green technology innovation is closely related to the digital economy,which means that the optimization and adjustment of industrial agglomeration mode should be combined with digital transformation to effectively improve the green technology innovation of high-tech industry.
