摘  要:为了培养学生的综合创新能力,提高本科实验课程教学质量,针对《生物化学实验》和《物理化学实验》教学环节中自动旋光仪的控温模块缺失问题,利用3D打印技术打印旋光管保温夹套开展综合实验教学,以较低的成本提升了教学仪器的性能和实验效果;通过将《无机化学实验》和《物理化学实验》联合进行综合实验,高效回收实验室废弃物五水硫酸铜进行差热分析,不仅增强了学生的环保意识,还有效节约了实验成本。在以上2项综合实验教学中,通过对仪器和方法的改进,可以更好地引导学生对实验影响因素的关注与思考,并在一定程度上训练学生开展科学实验的思维能力。In order to cultivate comprehensive innovation ability of students and improve the quality of undergraduate experimental course teaching,in response to the problem about the missing temperature control module of the automatic polarimeter in the experiments of"Biochemical Experiments"and"Physical Chemistry Experiments".The comprehensive experimental through 3D printing the insulation jacket of the polarimeter tube,which can improve the performance and experimental effect of the teaching instrument at a low cost.Conducting comprehensive experiments through the combination of"Inorganic Chemistry Experiment"and"Physical Chemistry Experiments",efficiently recycling copper sulfate pentahydrate as laboratory waste for differential thermal analysis,which not only enhances students'environmental awareness but also effectively saves costs.Conducting the above comprehensive experiments,we can better guide students to think about the influencing factors of the experiment and stimulate their scientific research thinking training.
