摘　　要：曹庭栋《老老恒言》在前人静养思想及其实践活动的基础上,构建了“养静为摄生首务”的主体论,通过对静养思想内涵与源流查证总结,并对曹氏《老老恒言》静养观念以及睡眠、起居、饮食、环境、消遣等养生实践活动进行梳理和总结,建构了该著作“养心为重-动中养静-适阴阳-致中和”的静养方法论体系。其中,养心是养静的核心,动静结合为其特征,调适阴阳乃其操作要领,中庸和合即其终极目标。《老老恒言》是对前世静养思想的深入阐发,对当今养生实践活动具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。CAO Ting-dong's Laolao Hengyan builds on his predecessors'ideas self-cultivation and their practical activities,and constructs the main theory of"nurturing stillness as the first task of health care",by examining and summarising the connotations and sources of the idea of self-cultivation,and by sorting out and summarising Cao's Laolao Hengyan's ideas on self-cultivation and practical activities of sleeping,living,diet,environment and recreation.This work is based on the methodological system of"nurturing the mind-nurturing stillness in movement-adapting yin and yang-achieving harmony".The core of the system is the nurturing of the mind;the combination of movement and stillness is the characteristic of the nurturing of stillness;the adjustment of yin and yang is the operational principle of the nurturing of stillness;and the neutral and harmonious is the ultimate goal of the nurturing of stillness.Laolao Hengyan is an in-depth exposition of the ideas of the previous generations on the practice of self-cultivation,and is of great significance as a guide and reference for the practice of health today.
