资产评估学课程思政教学改革路径探析

摘　　要：课程思政是高校实现专业课育人功能、落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手。资产评估学作为资产评估专业的核心必修课程,依据目前课程思政的改革背景和课程特点,对课程教学进行创新设计,深度融入思政元素,构建基于中国特色资产评估理论和实践的整合式课程思政体系,从重塑课程思政教学目标、重构课程思政内容、创新考核方法和完善考核机制等方面持续改革,动态优化,培养既具备专业能力,又能秉持客观公正的态度,遵守评估职业道德规范的高质量资产评估人才,同时,对资产评估学课程思政的教学实践和反思,为探究其他经管类课程的改革提供参考。Course ideological and political education is an important lever for universities to achieve the function of professional course education and implement the fundamental task of moral education.As a core compulsory course in the asset appraisal major,asset appraisal is innovatively designed based on the current background and characteristics of ideological and political education reform.It deeply integrates ideological and political elements into the course teaching,constructs an integrated ideological and political education system based on Chinese characteristic asset appraisal theory and practice,and continuously reforms from reshaping course ideological and political education goals,reconstructing course ideological and political content,innovating assessment methods,and improving assessment mechanisms,Dynamic optimization aims to cultivate high-quality asset appraisal talents who possess both professional skills and an objective and fair attitude,and abide by the ethical standards of the appraisal profession.The teaching practice and reflection on ideological and political education in asset valuation courses can also provide reference for exploring the reform of other management courses.
