摘 要:为提升职业院校师生技术技能水平,在全国职业院校技能大赛(以下简称“国赛”)中取得更好的成绩。以现代电气控制系统安装与调试(以下简称“现代电气”)赛项为例,对湖北省代表队在2022年现代电气国赛中的表现与现状进行了剖析。结合团队在国赛和省赛的参赛经历和备赛经验,提出了“省-校-师-生”四元竞赛水平提升路径,并总结了“单项-综合-专项-强化-压力”五步备赛训练策略,为各兄弟院校备战职业院校技能大赛提供借鉴。In order to improve the technical skill level of vocational colleges teachers and students and get better results in the national vocational college skills competition(hereinafter referred to as"National Competition"),taking the modern electric control system installation and debugging(hereinafter referred to as"Modern Electricity")contest item as an example,this paper analyzes the performance and current situation of Hubei provincial team in the 2022 Modern Electric National Competition.Based on the team's participation experience and preparation experience in national and provincial competitions,it proposes the four-element competition level improvement paths of"province-school-teachers-students"and summarizes the five-step preparation competition training strategy of"single-comprehensive-special-strengthening-pressure",which can provide reference for other colleges to prepare for vocational college skill competition.
