摘 要:使用质性研究方法,对10位往届生从就业到辞职考研的心理博弈过程进行了分析。结果显示,本科毕业作出就业决策时,短期经济收益、同辈压力、职业兴趣和学业倦怠都有重要影响。就业后产生考研想法,主要是因为社会情境变化导致了自我预期落空,严峻的就业形势提高了学历要求。最终决定辞职考研的原因包括:短期经济收入与长期收益滞后之间的博弈;社会期望与自我实现之间的矛盾;“面子”文化、孤独心理与自我调节心理之间的的抗衡等。Using the qualitative research method,this paper analyzes the psychological game process of 10 former students who resigned from employment to take Postgraduate Entrance Exam.The results shows that short-term economic gain is the primary measurement factor,peer pressure is a facilitating factor,and career interest and academic burnout are potential factors when making employment decisions after graduation.After employment,the reasons for taking postgraduate entrance examination mainly includes the change of social situation which has led to the disappointment of self-expectations,and the severe employment situation which has increased the educational requirements.The reasons for the final decision to resign include the game between short-term economic income and long-term income lag;the contradiction between social expectation and self-actualization;and the counterbalance between"face"culture,loneliness psychology and self-regulation psychology.
