摘  要:新一轮科技革命加速了学科之间、行业之间的交叉融合,对高等教育人才培养提出了新要求,实践育人共同体是未来复合型创新人才培养的重要依托和关键载体。然而,在资源市场化配置的机制和绩效主义的导向下,实践育人共同体主体间离散的价值认同、自限的价值绩效、跨界的管理藩篱使得高等教育实践育人共同体呈现出合作基础不稳固、合作动力不强劲、合作治理不健全的现实问题。为此,要强化“大育人”理念推动价值共识,集合“融合式”要素推动利益共享,构建“一体化”通道推动跨界共治,构建多维主体“共识、共享、共治”的实践育人体系推动实践育人高质量发展。The new round of scientific and technological evolution has accelerated the interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral integration that calls for a common community of practical education as an important support and a key carrier for the cultivation of compound innovative talents in higher education.This paper considered such issues and problems as the unstable fundamental cooperation,the inadequate cooperative impetus,and unsound governance to be revealed in the discrete inter-subject value identity,self-defined value performance,and cross-sectional management barriers arising from the mechanism of market-oriented allocation of resources and the orientation of performance doctrine.To tackle these issues,it explored the construction of a practical education system of consensus,sharing and co-governance among multi-dimensional subjects by strengthening the concept of general education to promote value consensus,assembling comprehensive elements to advance benefit sharing,and constructing integrated channels to enhance cross-boundary co-governance,so as to vigorously expedite the high-quality development of practical education.
