摘  要:目的评价以问题为导向教学法(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学法应用于儿科呼吸系统教学中的相关结果。方法选取2022年11月—2023年11月重庆市第九人民医院在儿科实习的80名临床医学专业的学生为研究对象,按照学习时间不同分为两组,即参照组(2022年11月—2023年5月)、研究组(2023年6—11月),每组40名。参照组应用传统教学法,研究组则应用PBL教学法。对比两组的考核成绩、教学满意度、综合能力。结果教学后,研究组考核成绩、综合能力评分均比参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组教学满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法的应用,对提高儿科呼吸系统教学质量意义显著,并且还可促进学生综合能力提高。Objective To evaluate the results of problem-based learning method(PBL)in pediatric respiratory system teaching.Methods Eighty students majoring in clinical medicine who were interned in the Department of Pediatrics in the Ninth People's Hospital of Chongqing Municipality from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected for the study.According to the different study time,they were divided into two groups,the reference group(from November 2022 to May 2023)and the research group(from June to November 2023),with 40 students in each group.Traditional teaching method was applied in the reference group,while PBL teaching method was applied in the research group.The assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,and overall competence of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the research group's assessment scores and comprehensive ability scores were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL method is significant to improve the teaching quality of pediatric respiratory system,and can also promote the improvement of students'comprehensive ability.
