摘　　要：SRPED四循环是大学生主题汇报、社企实践、科研实验、问题新发现为一循环的系统性、可持续性、可传承的实践教学模式的创新与探究。本科一年级学生通过SRPED四循环实践教学,能够牢固地将专业知识与实践操作结合,将理论学习与企业难题对标分析,沉浸式地发现问题、解决问题,靶向科学研究,最终提高毕业生综合素养和质量。同时,食品专业的学生通过产学研的模式把论文写在企业中,做好食品安全掌勺人,响应为国育人才的政策要求。The SRPED four cycle is an innovation and exploration of a systematic,sustainable,and inheritable practical teaching model that combines theme reporting,social enterprise practice,scientific research experiments,and problem discovery for college students.Through the SRPED four cycle practical teaching,first-year undergraduate students were able to firmly combine professional knowledge with practical operations,compared and analyzed theoretical learning with enterprise problems,immerse themselves in discovering and solving problems,target scientific research,and ultimately improved the comprehensive literacy and quality of graduates.This was the characteristic and innovation of this project.At the same time,students majoring in food use the industry academia research model to write papers in enterprises,becoming the leaders of food safety and responding to the policy requirements of cultivating talents for national education.
