摘　　要：职业技能大赛是职业院校培养职业技能人才的一种重要手段。随着人才培养模式的不断完善,职业技能大赛逐渐彰显出对职业院校人才培养中教师专业素养提升、教学内容与教材改进、教学模式与教法更新的重要作用。通过对高职院校人才培养过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出了加深“校企合作”式竞赛、强化问题导向式“项目化”教学、建立校企共创型“双师”队伍等意见。Vocational skills competition is an important means for vocational colleges to cultivate vocational skills talents.With the continuous improvement of the talent training model,vocational skills competition has gradually demonstrated its important role in the improvement of teachers’professional quality,the reform of teaching content and materials,the update of teaching mode and methods in vocational colleges talent training.By analyzing the problems in the talent training of vocational colleges,a series of opinions are put forward,such as deepening the“school-enterprise cooperation”type competition,strengthening the problemoriented“project-based”teaching and establishing the school-enterprise co-creation“double teacher”team.
