医用超声探头及耦合剂微生物污染的研究现状

摘　　要：随着超声医学技术的发展,超声检查技术被越来越多地应用于临床,在多系统疾病的筛查、诊断和治疗中起到尤为重要的作用。超声技术在急诊超声、重症超声中发展迅速,同时还应用于肺部疾病、妇幼儿科疾病诊疗,颅内压检测、心排血量检测,还可以改变手术形式,使手术方式更加简便。还与数字剪影血管造影相结合治疗急性脑出血、引导经外周静脉穿刺置管术、肿瘤学中阴道消融术等,在众多系统疾病中广泛应用。在极大程度上减轻了患者痛苦,缩短了患者平均住院日,减轻了患者经济及心理压力。与此同时,超声检查技术的发展也使医学发展面临一定问题。由医学超声检查技术引起的相关院内感染时有发生。超声探头及超声耦合剂的使用成为超声检查相关院内感染发生的重要影响因素。因此,本文对将医用超声探头进行消毒处理、正确选择医用超声耦合剂展开综述。With the development of ultrasonic medical technology,ultrasonic examination technology is more and more applied in clinic,and plays a particularly important role in the screening,diagnosis and treatment of multi-system diseases.Ultrasound technology has developed rapidly in emergency ultrasound and severe ultrasound,and it is also used in the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases,maternal and child pediatric diseases,intracranial pressure detection,cardiac output detection,and can also change the surgical form and make the surgical method more convenient.It is also used in combination with digital subtraction angiography in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage,guided peripheral venipentesis catheterization,and vaginal ablation in oncology,etc.It is widely used in many systemic diseases.To a great extent,it reduces the pain of patients,shortens the average hospital stay of patients,and reduces the economic and psychological pressure of patients.At the same time,the development of ultrasound technology also makes the medical development face certain problems.Nosocomial infections caused by medical ultrasonography often occur.The use of ultrasonic probe and ultrasonic coupler has become an important factor affecting the incidence of nosocomial infection related to ultrasound examination.Therefore,this paper summarizes how to disinfect medical ultrasonic probes and how to select medical ultrasonic coupler correctly.
