摘  要:作为传统中药材,梅花鹿鹿筋具有强筋健骨、养肝补肾、滋阳祛风除湿的功效,富含多种活性成分,是制备生物活性肽的优质资源。鹿筋活性成分的研究发展迅速,因其具有选择性生理功能、易于消化吸收和不会产生毒副作用等显著优势在食品和药品领域广泛应用。目前,对其有效成分的提取、分离、提纯以及功能评估等方面是热点话题。介绍了鹿筋活性成分及其应用研究进展,总结了鹿筋中胶原蛋白和活性肽的作用。有效利用鹿筋这一宝贵资源,将会提高我国鹿筋产品的利用率和增值效益,挖掘出鹿筋的特殊功能价值,为鹿筋产品的医药、保健品等领域的扩大以及未来研究的发展奠定基础。As a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,Sika deer deer tendon has the efficacy of strengthening bones and muscles,nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing yang,dispelling wind and removing dampness,and is rich in a variety of active ingredients,which is a high-quality resource for the preparation of bioactive peptides.The research on the active ingredients of deer tendon is developing rapidly,and they are widely used in the field of food and medicine due to their significant advantages such as selective physiological functions,easy digestion and absorption,and no toxic side effects.At present,the extraction,isolation,purification and functional evaluation of its active ingredients are hot topics.This paper introduces the progress of research on the active components of deer tendon and their applications,and summarizes the role of collagen and peptides in deer tendon.Effective utilization of deer tendon,a valuable resource,will improve the utilization and value-added benefits of deer tendon products in China,tap the special functional value of deer tendon,and lay the foundation for the expansion of deer tendon products in the fields of medicine and health care products as well as the development of future research.
