摘 要:玉米是主要的粮食作物,在收获前后易受到真菌侵染,条件适宜时真菌会活跃生长、繁殖,并积累真菌毒素等次生代谢物,严重威胁玉米的储藏安全。针对辽宁地区普遍存在的农户玉米临储“地趴粮”和储粮装具储存两种方式,选取辽西和辽北储粮农户开展实仓试验,对临储玉米的水分、脂肪酸值、容重、赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素等指标进行跟踪检测,并对比总结。结果表明:储存于装具的玉米各项指标要明显好于散堆“地趴粮”的玉米。Maize is a major food crop,which is susceptible to fungal infection before and after harvest.When conditions are suitable,fungi will actively grow and multiply,and accumulate secondary metabolites such as mycotoxins,which seriously threatens the storage safety of maize.In this paper,based on the two methods of corn storage in Liaoning Province,farmers in western Liaoning Province and northern Liaoning Province,grain storage farmers were selected to carry out a solid bin test,and the indexes of moisture,fatty acid value,bulk density,gibberellenone and vomitoxin of corn in temporary storage were tracked and measured,and compared and summarized.The results showed that the indexes of corn stored in containers were significantly better than those of corn lying in scattered piles.
