摘 要:研究生教育是教育强国建设的制高点,肩负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重大使命。随着研究生招生规模快速扩张,我国由研究生教育大国向研究生教育强国转变过程中,亟需加强研究生教育研究、培养高层次研究生教育学专门人才。北京理工大学历经10余年,持续推进研究生教育学人才培养与学科建设,提出“创新驱动、融合育人、追求卓越”的育人理念,高起点率先创建了研究生教育学新学科,构建了研究生教育学人才培养新体系,实施了“四融合”多元复合育人新模式,走出了一条成建制、系统化、可持续的研究生教育学研究与管理高层次专门人才的培养新路。Shouldering the great mission of cultivating high-end professionals,innovation and creation,postgraduate education is the commanding height for making China powerful with education.With the rapid scale expansion of the postgraduate enrollment,China has become a big country of postgraduates.In the process of transforming from a big country to a powerful country in postgraduate education,it is urgent for China to strengthen the research of postgraduate education and the cultivation of high-end postgraduates in pedagogy.Over the past above 10 years,Beijing Institute of Technology has continuously promoted the cultivation of postgraduates in pedagogy and the development of the discipline.It put forward an education concept of“innovation-driven integrated education for excellence”,took the lead at a high level in creating a postgraduate pedagogy discipline,and constructed a new cultivation system for postgraduates majoring in pedagogy.By implementing a multi-component education mode featuring“four-force integration”,it has blazed a new path for institutional,systematic and sustainable postgraduate pedagogy research and for high-level professional management personnel training.
