摘　　要：加快博士生教育改革发展,是建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的必然要求。2012年以来,我国博士生教育在规模扩张、结构调整和质量保障等方面均取得了显著成效,有力支撑了教育强国建设,但与美国相比部分指标还存在一定差距。站在新的历史起点上,应充分认识博士生教育在强国建设中的战略地位和关键作用,客观看待博士生教育的“度”与“用”,准确把握强国建设对高层次人才的需求,以中国式现代化为指引,坚定发展博士生教育的信心和决心,科学确定博士生教育的规模,不断优化博士生教育结构,努力为强国建设培养更多更好的高层次拔尖创新人才。To speed up the reform and development of doctoral education is an inevitable requirement for making China strong with education,science,technology and talent.Since 2012,the doctoral education in China has made obvious progress in scale expansion,structure adjustment,and quality assurance,which has effectively supported the building of China strong in educational.However,in comparison with the United States,there are still some gaps in terms of some indicators.Standing at a new historical starting point,we should fully understand the strategic position and the key role of doctoral education in making China powerful,objectively consider the“scale”and“applicability”of doctoral education,and precisely perceive the needs of the country for high-level talent in building China into a powerful country.Therefore,this paper proposes that we should,under the guidance of Chinese style modernization,consolidate the confidence and determination to develop doctoral education,rationally plan the scale of doctoral education,and continuously optimize the structure of doctoral education,so as to provide a steady flow of better high-level professionals for making China strong.
