高校学生心理健康研究的特点及提升措施

摘　　要：当前高校学生的心理健康受到高度重视。总结相关研究成果发现,心理健康研究呈现出研究关注不同群体、研究视角多元化、研究工具多样化及心理健康干预方法具体化等特点,但相关研究仍存在着测评工具时代化不足、缺少系统化理论化研究成果、心理干预措施研究不够深入等问题。为更好地开展高校心理健康教育工作,要注重提高心理健康工作的科学性和系统性、构建完善的心理健康服务体系并重视思想政治教育与心理健康教育的融合。The mental health of current university students is highly valued.Summarizing relevant research results,it is found that mental health research exhibits characteristics such as focusing on different groups,diverse research perspectives,diverse research tools,and specific methods of mental health intervention.However,there are still problems in related research,such as insufficient modernization of evaluation tools,lack of systematic and theoretical research results,and insufficient in-depth research on psychological intervention measures.In order to better carry out mental health education in universities,attention should be paid to improving the scientific and systematic nature of mental health work,constructing a comprehensive mental health service system,and emphasizing the integration of ideological and political education with mental health education.
