摘 要:“一带一路”倡议的提出对农业院校人才培养提出了新的要求。在农学课堂开展双语教学,培养具有国际视野、熟悉国际规则、具有国际竞争力的新型高素质人才是当前农业类高校人才培养的主要目标。通过分析“一带一路”倡议下农学双语人才培养的机遇、挑战及存在的问题,从教学方法、教学内容与课程考核机制的优化、教材编写和师资力量的提升三方面进行了改革与实践。以江西农业大学“惟义”农学实验班为示范,通过建立农学类专业双语课程体系,形成农林人才国际化培养新机制,提升学生的跨学科视野、跨文化交际及外语运用能力,夯实专业知识,加快“一带一路”背景下农学专业的国际化进程。The proposal of the“the Belt and Road”initiative has put up with new requirements for student training in agricultural universities.The main goal of student training in agricultural universities is to carry out bilingual teaching in the agronomic classes and train students with international vision and international competitiveness.This paper analyzed the opportunities,challenges,and existing problems of bilingual student training in agronomy under“the Belt and Road”initiative.Reform measures are carried out from three aspects:optimization of teaching methods,teaching content and curriculum assessment mechanism,textbook compilation,as well as improvement of teachers.“Weiyi”agronomy experimental class of Jiangxi Agricultural University is taken as an example to establish a novel bilingual curriculum system for agronomic majors.Our study has formed a new mechanism for the internationalization of agriculture,which is beneficial for improving students’interdisciplinary vision,cross-cultural communication,and foreign language application ability,as well as solid professional knowledge,thus to accelerate the internationalization process of agronomy under“the Belt and Road”initiative.
