摘　　要：目的:探索微课结合CBL教学模式用于风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月在广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院风湿免疫科进行住院医师规范化培训的68名学员,随机分为对照组和观察组,对比两组学生满意度、师生互动、知识掌握、临床思维能力及每月理论、技能成绩。结果:观察组学员满意度、师生互动、知识掌握及临床思维能力提升明显高于对照组(p<0.05);观察组各个时间点的理论、技能成绩均高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:将微课结合CBL教学法应用于风湿免疫科住院医师规范化培训中可显著提高住培学员的理论、实践技能,有利于提高住培学员对风湿免疫科知识的掌握,提高学员满意度。To explore the application effect of micro courses-combined with CBL teaching method in standardized training of resident physicians in rheumatology and immunology,a total of 68 students who received standardized resident training in the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The students᾽satisfaction,teacher-student interaction,knowledge mastery,clinical thinking ability,and monthly theoretical and technical scores of the two groups were compared.Students᾿satisfaction,teacher-student interaction,knowledge mastery and clinical thinking ability in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(p<0.05).The theoretical and technical scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at all time points(p<0.05).The application of micro courses combined with CBL teaching method in the standardized training of residents in the department of rheumatology and immunology can significantly improve the theoretical and practical skills of residential trainees,help to improve their mastery of rheumatology and immunology knowledge,and improve their satisfaction.
