摘  要:SR20飞机发动机的悬置由上悬置和下悬置组合而成,基于CATIA、Hypermesh和ABAQUS建立了上悬置和下悬置的有限元分析模型,并对其进行了轴向和径向两个方向的静刚度和动刚度仿真分析。分析发现,上悬置的轴向静刚度和径向静刚度均大于下悬置;上下悬置的轴向动刚度随着频率的增大而逐渐减小,径向动刚度则是先减小后增大。通过模态分析进行验证,发现径向动刚度极小值对应的频率与悬置模态的前两阶频率接近,从而导致了动刚度极小值的出现。The mounts of the SR20 aircraft engine consist of a upper mount and a lower mounts.Based on CATIA,Hypermesh,and ABAQUS,the finite element model of upper mount and lower mount has been established,and the static and dynamic stiffness analysis with the axial and radial direction were performed.It was found that the axial and radial static stiffness of the upper mount is greater than that of the lower mount.The axial dynamic stiffness of the upper and lower mount decreases gradually with the increase of frequency,while the radial dynamic stiffness decreases first and then increases.Through modal analysis,it was found that the frequency corresponding to the radial dynamic stiffness minimum is close to the first two order frequencies of the mount mode,which leads to the appearance of the dynamic stiffness minimum.
