某高校护理学专业学困生的学习自我效能感与学业拖延关系分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨某高校护理学专业学困生的学习自我效能与学业拖延的关系。方法 选择2019—2021年本学院护理学专业学业预警136名学生作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、学业拖延量表、学业自我效能感量表对学生进行调查。结果 相关性分析结果表明学习自我效能总分及与学业拖延(-0.749)及各维度均呈显著负相关(P<0.001),多元线性回归分析结果表明学习行为自我效能(-3.196)与学习自我效能总分(-2.131)是学业拖延的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 学习自我效能感在一定程度上影响学业拖延,各高校教师、辅导员应采取有效措施提高学生自我效能感,减少学业拖延行为的发生。Objective To explore the relationship between learning self-efficacy and academic procrastination among nursing students majoring in nursing in a university.Methods From 2019 to 2021,136 students majoring in nursing of Qiqihar Medical College who received academic early warning were selected as the research objects,and the students were investigated using the general information questionnaire,academic procrastination scale,and academic self-efficacy scale.Results The results of correlation analysis showed that the total score and each dimension of learning self-efficacy were significantly negatively correlated with academic procrastination(-0.749)and each dimension(P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the learning behavior self-efficacy(-3.196)and the total score of learning self-efficacy(-2.131)were independent risk factors for procrastination(P<0.05).Conclusions Learning self-efficacy affects academic procrastination to a certain extent.Teachers and counselors in colleges and universities should take effective measures to improve students'self-efficacy and reduce the occurrence of academic procrastination.
