摘　　要：在互联网时代,借助数字技术,政府主导的刑事法律援助,权威影响力得以不断提升,社会回应性和国家权力渗透社会的能力得到加强,政府弥补治理缝隙和再造业务流程缓解委托代理难题的效果更为明显。然而,在实践中,刑事法律援助目标用户识别与供给粗略化,案件质量与援助效果遭遇新挑战,出现在线援助功能的有限性、数字鸿沟导致的差异性和信息孤岛形成的制约性等新问题。为实现刑事法律援助精准化,应搭建信息资源共享平台,提高法律援助数据治理的质效,提升数字化援助能力,完善刑事法律援助精准化保障机制。In the Internet era,with the help of digital technology,the authoritative influence of government-led criminal legal aid has been continuously enhanced,the responsiveness of society and the ability of state power to penetrate the society have been strengthened,and the effect of the government in bridging the governance gap and re-engineering the business process to alleviate the principal-agent problem has become more obvious.However,in practice,the identification and supply of target users of criminal legal aid are cursory,the quality of cases and the effectiveness of aid encounter new challenges,and new problems such as the limited function of online aid,the difference caused by the digital divide and the constraint of the formation of information islands appear.In order to realize the precision of criminal legal aid,it is necessary to build an information resource sharing platform,improve the quality and efficiency of legal aid data governance,enhance digital aid capabilities,and improve the precision guarantee mechanism of criminal legal aid.
