摘  要:设计了一款智能数显扭矩扳手以更好地实现人机交互,该扭矩扳手扭矩精度高、能够进行无线充电且可实现拧紧角度检测等功能,解决了目前扭矩扳手在应用量程范围内精度较低、扳手接插式充电方式容易磨损、扳手控制系统架构无法满足现有装配系统需求、扳手设计针对复杂的生产现场不能满足操作员的理想操作性能、扳手使用寿命低等问题。在硬件电路方面,在满足功能需求的前提下以长续航、低成本以及高精度为原则进行关键元器件和电路的选型与设计;在控制系统方面,总结了智能装配系统功能需求,以拧紧作业实际操作应用需求设计扳手控制系统,然后对智能数显扭矩扳手进行扭矩标定及疲劳实验验证。实际扭矩标定及疲劳实验结果表明,智能数显扭矩扳手精度在±1%以内,且疲劳寿命在15万次以上,扳手硬件电路及控制系统整体性能稳定,满足设计要求。An intelligent digital torque wrench is designed that aims to improve human-machine interaction.The wrench achieves high torque accuracy,have wireless charging and angle detection.It addresses several issues of current torque wrenches,including low precision within the application range,wear and tear of plug-in charging methods,inadequacy of control system architecture for existing assembly systems,inability to meet operator's ideal performance in complex production environments,and short tool lifespan.Regarding hardware circuit,on the premise of meeting functional requirements,key components and circuits are selected and designed based on the principles of long battery life,low cost,high precision.Regarding the control system,the functional requirements of intelligent assembly systems are summarized and the wrench control system is designed to meet the practical operational needs of tightening operations.,torque calibration and fatigue experiments are conducted to validate the performance of the intelligent digital torque wrench.The results demonstrate that the accuracy of the intelligent digital torque wrench is within±1%,and its fatigue life exceeds 150000 cycles.The overall performance of the wrench’s hardware circuit and control system is stable and meets the design requirements.
