摘　　要：为有针对性地为物流企业培养、输送高质量技能人才,实现学生“毕业就能上岗,上岗就能胜任”。以与京东物流签订的“订单班”(京东班)为研究对象,分析了其在实施过程中存在的问题,并剖析问题的根源。同时,对存在问题提出相应的解决措施,如在“订单班”实施前,校企双方应共同参与招生,协同制定课程体系;在实施中,校企双方要细化职责,加强学生思想教育,从而优化现代物流智能装备“订单班”人才培养模式。To cultivate and deliver high-quality skilled talents for logistics enterprises,and to achieve the goal of"graduates being able to take up their positions and competent after taking up their positions".This paper takes the"Order Class"(JD Class)signed with JD Logistics as the research object,analyzes the problems that exist in its implementation process,and analyzes the causes of the problems.At the same time,corresponding solutions should be proposed for existing problems.For example,chools and enterprises should jointly participate in enrollment and jointly develop the curriculum system before the implementation of the"order class",in implementation,both schools and enterprises need to refine their responsibilities,strengthen students'ideological education,and optimize the talent cultivation mode of modern logistics intelligent equipment"order class".
