摘　　要：近年来,公众对健康的认识及重视程度不断加深,如何补充吸收利用率较差的营养物质已成为研究热点。钙作为人体必需的28种“生命元素”之一,在人体生长发育及机体调节等生理过程中发挥着重要的作用,而现有补钙制剂存在着稳定性差、生物利用率低等问题,如何提高钙离子的吸收利用得到广泛关注。目前已有研究证明维生素D及酪蛋白磷酸肽具有良好的促进钙吸收功效,本文概述了维生素D及酪蛋白磷酸肽的促钙吸收机制,旨在阐明维生素D与酪蛋白磷酸肽协同作用对促钙吸收的积极影响,同时为新型补钙制剂的开发利用提供一定参考。In recent years,the public’s awareness and attention to health have been deepening,and how to supplement the poor absorption and utilization of nutrients has become a research hotspot.As one of the 28 essential“life elements”,calcium plays an important role in the physiological process of human growth,development and body regulation.However,the existing calcium supplements have problems of poor stability and low bioavailability,so how to improve the absorption and utilization of calcium ions has been widely concerned.At present,it has been proved that vitamin D and casein phosphopeptide have a good effect on promoting calcium absorption.This paper summarizes the mechanism of vitamin D and casein phosphopeptide promoting calcium absorption,aiming to clarify the positive effect of synergism between vitamin D and casein phosphopeptide on promoting calcium absorption,and provide some reference for the development and utilization of new calcium supplements.
