摘　　要：作为亚洲较早实施金融工程化策略的国家,日本自20世纪80年代开始引入欧美国家的金融工程教育理念,在几十年的教育实践中探索出了具有日本特色的金融人才培养模式,以理工类学科为依托是其突出特点。具体而言,日本高校金融工程人才的培养经验集中体现在其培养目标、课程体系、校企合作以及国际合作中。日本高校金融工程人才培养坚持精英化的培养思路,以培养既有国际顶尖专业实力又适应金融领域需求的人才为目标,构建了层次丰富、循序渐进的课程体系,从纵横两方面发力,稳步提高学生的综合素质与专业实力。日本高校搭建了基于校企合作的全过程实践教学体系,充分利用企业资源,实现共赢发展;十分重视通过国际合作培养学生的国际视野,教学理念紧跟国际前沿。探析日本高校金融工程人才培养模式,可为我国金融工程人才的培养提供借鉴。As one of the earliest countries that initiated the implementation of financial engineering strategies in Asia,Japan began to introduce the concept of financial engineering education from Europe and the United States in the 1980s,and developed an undergraduate financial talent training mode with Japanese characteristics during the past decades of educational practice.The most prominent characteristic lies in the reliance on science and engineering disciplines.Specifically,the cultivation experience of financial engineering talents in Japanese universities is primarily reflected in their training objectives,curriculum system,university-industry collaboration,and international cooperation.The financial engineering talent cultivation in Japanese universities adhere to an elitist approach,aiming to develop professionals with both top international expertise and suitability for the financial industry.They have constructed a rich and progressive curriculum system,focusing on improving students'comprehensive qualities and professional competence from both broad and in-depth perspectives.Japanese universities have established a whole-process practical teaching system based on university-industry collaboration,making full use of corporate resources to achieve mutually beneficial development.They also place great emphasis on cultivating students'international visions through international cooperation,keeping their teaching concepts up-to-date with international trends.Analyzing the cultivation mode of financial engineering talents in Japanese universities can provide valuable insights for the cultivation of such talents in China.
