摘 要:重庆医科大学聚焦新医科和创新能力培养需求,探索新医科战略下医学生创新能力培养体系。自2008年开展本科生创新实验项目以来,努力探索通过创新实验项目提高医学生创新能力的具体策略。文章在调查分析十余年来本科生创新实验实施现状和发展趋势的基础上,总结当前通过医学生创新实验培养创新能力过程中存在的问题,探索预研式入组方略在推进医学生创新能力培养中的效果与实践。教师比较分析实施三年来的情况,结果表明预研式入组方略契合医学生在校教育的培养规律,在医学创新人才培养方面具有明显优势,可以较好助力新医科背景下医学创新人才培养。Focusing on the needs of New Medicine and innovation ability cultivation,Chongqing Medical University has explored the innovative ability cultivation system of medical students under the background of New Medicine.Since the undergraduate innovation experiment project was launched in 2008,Chongqing Medical University has explored the specific measures to improve the innovation ability of medical students through innovative experiment projects.Based on the current situation and development trend of undergraduate innovative experiments,this paper identifies major problems in the cultivation of innovative ability in medical students,and explores“pre-research enrollment”strategy in the cultivation of innovative ability of medical students.A comparative study was conducted to investigate the implementation effect of pre-research enrollment in the past three years,and the results show that this strategy conforms to the principles of education for medical students and exhibits obvious advantages in the cultivation of medical innovative talents.
