摘  要:“双减”政策的实施对转变家庭教育投入观念、优化社会教育生态发挥了重要作用。对陕西省西安市低收入家庭家长的问卷调查发现,“双减”政策切实减轻了城市低收入家庭教育投入负担,为其子女接受更加优质、公平的教育提供了保障,但校内课后服务供给质量与学生需求之间不平衡、部分家庭校外素质类培训支出负担较重、亲子情感交流方式单一且深度不够、家校共育效果不明显等问题依然存在。建议提升薄弱学校办学质量,促进课后服务优质均衡发展;对低收入家庭子女提供经济支持,提高其获取优质教育资源的能力;营造良好社会氛围,引导低收入家庭优化教育投资观念与行为;完善家校合作机制,提升低收入家庭与学校协同育人质量。The"double reduction"policy has played an important role in changing the idea of family education input and optimizing the educational ecology in society.A questionnaire given to parents of low-income families in Xi′an,Shaanxi Province,shows that the"double reduction"policy has effectively reduced the burden of family education input,and provided a guarantee for their children to receive a better and fairer education.However,problems are also seen in the following aspects:unbalanced supply of after-school services and students′needs,heavy burden of expenditure on quality after-school training for some poor families,single and insufficient way of communication between parents and their children,and unobvious effect of home-school co-education.The recommendations are given as follows:upgrading the quality of weak schools and providing quality after-school services in a balanced manner;giving economic support to children from low-income families to promote their capability of mastering high-quality educational resources;creating a social atmosphere that guides parents′concepts of education and behaviors in education input;and perfecting the mechanism of cooperation between families and schools to improve the quality of education for low-income families.
