摘  要:波谱解析是应用现代物理手段研究有机化合物结构的一门多学科交叉课程,应用范围广、实践性强。然而,该课程教学中存在学生学习兴趣低、吸收内化难度大、迁移应用训练少、能力价值提升慢等问题。在前期教学经验总结和学生学习效果反馈的基础上,作者开展将“5E”教学模式应用于药学波谱解析课程的探索研究。课前通过线上发布情景问题或热点案例吸引学生兴趣,引导其进行基础探究;课中进行线下深入探究、解释、知识迁移和初评价;课后通过线上作业/线下实践深化知识迁移并完善评价。“5E”教学模式有利于促进线上与线下的混合,加强理论与实践的结合,实现思政教育与课程的深度融合。Spectrum analysis is an interdisciplinary course that applies modern physical methods to study the structure of organic compounds,with a wide range of applications and strong practicality.However,there are some problems in the education of this course,such as students' low interests in learning,high difficulty in internalizing absorption,limited training in elaboration and application,and slow improvement of ability and value.On the basis of the previous teaching experience and the feedback on students' learning outcomes,the author conducted exploratory study on applying “5E”teaching model to the course of spectrum analysis in pharmacy major.Situational questions or hot cases can be posted online to engage the students' interests before class and guide them to conduct basic exploration.During offline classes,students and teachers conduct in-depth exploration,explanation,knowledge elaboration,and initial evaluation.Then,online homework/offline practice after class is beneficial for deepening knowledge elaboration and improving evaluation.It is aimed to utilize the“5E”teaching mode to promote the mixing of online and offline,strengthen the combination of theory and practice,and achieve deep integration of ideological and political education and curriculum.
