摘 要:响应科技强国战略需要培养科技创新人才,小学生作为科技创新后备力量,其科技创新能力值得关注。基于创造力发展生态系统理论,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA),分析了50名小学生的案例数据,探索培养小学生高水平科技创新能力的组态路径。结果发现:单一因素不是引致小学生高水平科技创新能力的必要条件;个体内部动机是提高小学生科技创新能力的强有力因素;培养小学生高水平科技创新能力的组态路径有四类:兴趣驱动型、家校共助型、师生协同型和综合因素型。阐释了各类组态路径,旨在从多维视角探讨提升小学生科技创新能力的有效策略,以服务科技强国战略。Responding to the strategy of a strong science and technology nation requires the cultivation of science and technology innovation talents,and elementary school students,as the reserve force of science and technology innovation,deserve attention for their scientific and technological innovation(STI)ability.To this end,based on the ecological systems model of creativity development and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),the article analyzed the case data of 50 primary school students to explore the configuration paths of cultivating elementary school students'high level of STI ability.It was found that a single factor is not necessary to lead to high level of STI ability of primary school students;internal motivation is a powerful factor to improve the STI ability of primary school students;and there are four types of grouping paths to cultivate high level of STI ability of primary school students:interest-driven,home-school co-help,teacher-student synergy,and comprehensive factors.The article explained the various types of grouping paths,aiming to explore the effective strategies to improve the STI ability of primary school students from a multi-dimensional perspective,in order to serve the strategy of strengthening the country with science and technology.
