体教融合背景下职业院校体育教师继续教育问题及对策

摘　　要：随着体育与教育的融合趋势日益明显,职业院校体育教师在体教融合背景下面临着新的教育挑战和职业要求。在这一背景下,继续教育成为职业院校体育教师培训不可或缺的一部分。该文探讨职业院校体育教师在体教融合背景下继续教育的问题及对策,通过分析现有问题并提出相应的解决方案,旨在提高职业院校体育教师的专业能力和适应性,以更好地满足学生的学习需求和社会的发展要求。With the increasingly obvious trend of integration of physical education and education,physical education teachers in vocational collegesand universities are facing new educational challenges and professional requirements in the context of the integration of physical education and education.In this context,continuing education has become an indispensable part of the training of physical education teachers in vocational collegesand universities.The paper discussesthe problems and countermeasures of continuing education of physical education teachers in vocational colleges and universities under the background of theintegrationof physical education and education.By analyzing existing problems and proposing corresponding solutions,the paper aimsto improve the professional competence and adaptability of physical education teachers in vocational collegesand universities,in order to better meet the learning needs of the students and the development requirements of the society.
