高校体育课程应用俱乐部教学模式研究

摘　　要：高校采用的体育教学模式不论是在帮助学生强身健体、增强学生体育锻炼意识方面,还是在帮助学生树立终身体育意识方面,始终存在一定不足。如何切实增强学生体育锻炼意识,达成体育自立的目的,是现阶段高校体育课程教学面临的一项重要课题。在此背景下,俱乐部教学模式应运而生,作为一种新型教学模式,俱乐部教学模式在高校体育课程教学中的应用是高校体育教学改革的一个重要方向。该文首先阐述了俱乐部教学模式的基本概念及其优劣势,然后介绍了俱乐部教学模式应用对学生体育素质的影响,接着分析了高校体育课程应用俱乐部教学模式面临的主要困境,最后探讨了俱乐部教学模式在高校体育课程教学中的应用优化路径,以供参考。The physical education teaching mode adopted by colleges and universities is always insufficient in helping students to strengthen their physical fitness,enhancing students' awareness of physical exercise,as well asin helping students to establish lifelong physical education awareness.How to effectively enhance students' awareness of physical exercise and achieve the purpose of sports independence is an important subject facing the teaching of physical education courses in colleges and universities.In this context,the club teaching mode came into being,as a new teaching mode,the application of the club teaching mode in the physical education teaching courses in colleges and universities is an important directionfor the reform of the physical education teaching in colleges and universities.This paper firstlyexpounds the basic concept of club teaching mode and its advantages and disadvantages,then introduces the influence of the application of club teaching mode onstudents' physical quality,then analyzes the main dilemmas face by the application of club teaching modein colleges and universities,andfinally discusses the optimization path of theapplication of club teaching mode in collegesand universities' physical education teaching for reference.
