摘 要:英国高等美术教育以注重培养学生的创新能力,鼓励个性发展著称。受不同教育制度、文化传统和本科教育发展阶段的影响,英国高等美术院校在本科人才培养的目标、课程设置、培养方式和课程考核方面与我国各有特色。为促进我国新时代本科艺术教育的发展,提升本科人才培养的品质,我国高等美术院校可以从四个方面借鉴英国高等院校的人才培养经验。第一,重视艺术思维能力,将提升综合素养纳入人才培养目标;第二,整合课程关系,推行跨学科选修课程体系;第三,因材施教,打造个性化的艺术教学内容;第四,注重过程性评价,采用多样化的课程考核方式。British higher art education is renowned for its emphasis on fostering students'innovation skills and nurturing their individuality.Influenced by political systems,cultural traditions,and the stage of undergraduate education,British higher art institutions share similarities with those in China while exhibiting differences in objectives,curriculum design,cultivation modes and course assessments for undergraduate talent cultivation.To propel the advancement of undergraduate art education in the contemporary era and enhance the quality of undergraduate talent cultivation,Chinese art institutions can draw valuable lessons from British higher art institutions in the following four aspects.Firstly,they should prioritize the development of artistic thinking skills and incorporate the enhancement of overall competencies into the core objectives of talent cultivation.Secondly,they can enhance the curriculum structure by promoting interdisciplinary elective courses.Thirdly,tailoring art education content to individual aptitudes helps create personalized learning content for students.Lastly,placing emphasis on the evaluation process and implementing diversified course assessment.
