摘　　要：英国的家长专业化进程是新自由主义意识形态向家庭教育场域扩展的结果,在政治议程、责任意识、话语建构、培训内容等层面推动了育儿文化转型,背后交织着政治、市场和文化的三重逻辑:家教兴国的政治议程扩展了家庭教育的外部功能,教育市场的利益诉求衍生出治理中的“国家-市场”嵌套结构,文化政治的群体博弈巩固了白人中产本位价值观的主导地位。家长专业化的政策工具包括承载新自由主义价值观的“育儿科学”,以及以“官方资助+市场供给”形式提供的家长培训项目,并受到新自由主义治理术调控。在专业化规训力量之下,家庭教育选择、多元教育观念、民间教育学和母职权益等多样性诉求受到压抑。从英国的实践经验,探讨我国推行家庭教育指导服务的未来发展。The movement of"Professionalization of Parenting"in the UK in the past two decades is the result of the expansion of neoliberal ideology to the field of family education,which has promoted the transformation of parenting culture in terms of political agenda,sense of responsibility,discourse construction and training content.Behind it are the triple logics of politics,market and culture:the political agenda of promoting national education has expanded the external function of family education;the interests of the education market have given rise to the structure of"state-market"complicity in governance;and the group game of culture and politics has consolidated the dominant position of white middle-class values.Its policy tools include"parenting science"carrying neoliberal values and parent training programs in the form of"official funding+market supply",which are regulated by Neoliberal Governmentality.Under the discipline power of"Professionalization of Parenting",the diversified demands such as family education choice,subculture values,folk pedagogy and women's rights and interests are suppressed.The British experience has provided some enlightenment for the implementation of family education guidance services in China.
