摘 要:随着农村电商的快速发展,本土化人才培养逐渐成为研究热点。针对常德地区农村电商发展现状,该文构建本土化人才培养的理论框架,提出地域文化融合、产业需求导向等培养原则。在此基础上,设计紧密结合课程设置、实践教学和产学研合作的本土化培养模式。该文以某高职院校为例,通过学生参与实地项目,实现对常德农村电商行业的深入理解,提高本土化适应能力。研究表明,该模式可以有效培养服务于当地农村电商发展的人才。该研究为相关领域的理论研究和实践探索提供参考借鉴。With the rapid development of rural e-commerce,the training of localized talents has gradually become a research hotspot.In view of the current situation of the development of rural e-commerce in Changde area,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of localized talent training,and puts forward the training principles such as integration of regional culture,industrial demand orientation and so on.On this basis,a localized training model is designed,which closely combines curriculum design,practical teaching and industry-university-research cooperation.Taking a vocational college as an example,through students'participation in the field project,we have realized an in-depth understanding of the rural e-commerce industry in Changde and improved the ability to adapt to localization.The research shows that this model can effectively train talents who serve the development of local rural e-commerce.This study provides a reference for theoretical research and practical exploration in related fields.
