摘　　要：应用型本科院校《走近工业文化》校本通识课程教学中存在着教学内容难以弥合大学生价值体系向思想体系转换的认知冲突盲区,教学过程难以解决大学生思维体系向实践体系落地的体用贯通难题,教学资源建设实际存在的场馆建设与课程建设及教学改革与科学研究割裂现状,教学评价融合应用型院校文化育人目标与产业报国引领不足困境等问题,借鉴“以学生为中心”的本科教学改革国际教育理念,通过优化课程教学目标及内容、改进教学方法、创新教学手段及教学资源和组建多学科教师队伍,促进学生深化认识并初步形成工业文化认知框架,鲜活感知并实质增强参与工业文化建设的社会责任感与使命感,强化认同并真实生发学好工科专业投身工业报国的动力。The establishment of investment-oriented residence rights is in line with the development of a market economy,and the rational design of such rights is of great significance.When referring to the rules for designing the system of social residence rights,full consideration should be given to the economic attributes of investment-oriented residence rights and their interconnection,maintaining a positive,complementary,and limited extension alongside social residence rights within the framework of the residence rights system.In terms of subject,investment-oriented residence rights can be extended to include general civil subjects,but in cases of conflict with social residence rights,priority should be given to protecting the interests of social residence right holders.Regarding the object,the definition of residential housing can be extended to include dwellings of a residential nature.Methods for establishing rights through judicial acquisition and acquisition through the passage of time should be added,with the same principles of registration being applicable.Transfer should be allowed,but limited to the original resident’s period of occupancy.Multiple termination methods should be added,but the principle of the efficient use of property should be upheld,and wastage of housing resources should be prohibited.
