摘　　要：通过对高校职务科技成果混合所有制改革的正当性进行论证,表明高校职务科技成果混合所有制改革是合法、合理且必要的。并通过问卷调查和文献归纳,发现目前高校职务科技成果混合所有制存在运行体系受阻、管理体系缺失、考核体系失衡、服务体系不济等实施困境。为应对以上困境,基于超循环组织理论,以企业的实际需求为导向,通过健全高校职务科技成果混合所有制运行体系,制定高校职务科技成果混合所有制的管理体系,完善高校职务科技成果混合所有制的考核体系,实施高校职务科技成果混合所有制的服务体系等,构建“四位一体”的优化实施路径。从而有效地促进高校职务科技成果混合所有制的实施推广,助力高校科技成果转化。By demonstrating the legitimacy of the reform of the mixed ownership system for scientific and technological achievements in universities,it is shown that this reform is legal,reasonable,and necessary.Through questionnaires and literature review,it is found that there are implementation difficulties such as obstructed operation system,missing management system,unbalanced assessment system,and inadequate service system in the current mixed ownership system for scientific and technological achievements in universities.Based on the theory of hypercycle organization and guided by the actual needs of enterprises,we can optimize the implementation path by improving the operation system,establishing the management system,perfecting the assessment system,and implementing the service system of the mixed ownership system for scientific and technological achievements in universities.The optimized implementation path can effectively promote the implementation and popularization of the mixed ownership system for scientific and technological achievements in universities,and help the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities.
