摘 要:随着当前我国对职业教育的不断重视,推动职业教育管理改革创新成为提高职业教育水平、提高人才培养质量的关键。然而,随着大数据时代的到来,职业教育管理面临巨大的变革和挑战,因此,职业院校须转变教育管理思维、加强管理团队建设,以此提高职业教育管理水平。为能提高职业院校教育管理水平,文章以贵州电子信息职业技术学院为例,分析大数据时代对职业教育管理的影响,并提出大数据时代职业院校管理制度建设、管理团队建设、教学管理创新方面的要点供参考。With the continuous emphasis on vocational education in our country,promoting the reform and innovation of vocational education management has become the key to improve the level of vocational education and enhancing the quality of talents cultivation.However,with the advent of the big data era,vocational education management is facing to tremendous changes and challenges.Therefore,the vocational colleges must transform their educational management thinking,strengthen the management team building,and improve the level of vocational education management.In order to improve the level of education management in vocational colleges,this article takes Guizhou Electronic Information Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the impact of the big data era in vocational education management,and proposes key points for the construction of management systems,management team building,and teaching management innovation in vocational colleges in the big data era for reference.
