摘 要:近年来,食品安全问题受到了社会各界的广泛关注。为进一步保障食品安全,促进社会稳定发展,相关部门需要对食品质量进行严格管控,及时发现食品中存在的安全隐患,从而有效预防各类食品安全事故的发生。基于此,本文分析食品产品质量安全检测中存在的问题,并提出一系列优化措施,以期为我国食品质量检测工作的开展提供一些借鉴和参考。In recent years,food safety has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.In order to further ensure food safety and promote the stable development of society,the relevant departments need to strictly control the quality of food and timely discover the safety hazards existing in food,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of various food safety accidents.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems in food product quality safety testing,and puts forward a series of optimization measures in order to provide some reference for the development of food quality testing in China.
