摘 要:目的:探讨基于专业指导手册联合CDIO教育模式在甲乳外科手术室新护士中的应用效果。方法:选取南方医科大学深圳医院2019—2022年70名入手术室2年内的护士为研究对象,将其分为对照组和试验组各35名。对照组采用常规教学法,试验组采用基于专业指导手册联合CDIO教育法。轮转结束时比较两组护士的手术配合理论、临床实境成绩。结果:试验组护士的理论、临床实境成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护士在岗位胜任力指标方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术医生对试验组护士的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于专业指导手册联合CDIO教育模式可提升入手术室2年内的护士岗位胜任能力和理论、临床实境操作成绩且外科医生满意度高,有利于临床带教质量持续改进。Objective Exploring the application effect of professional guidance manual combined with CDIO education model in the thyroid and breast surgery during the 2-year rotation in the operating room.Methods 70 nurses from the operating room of Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University,who worked from 2019 to 2022,were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group,each consisting of 35 nurses,based on the rotation of specialized groups.The control group received conventional teaching methods,while the experimental group received education based on a professional guidance manual combined with CDIO teaching methods.At the end of the rotation,the theoretical and clinical performance of nurses in both groups was compared.Results The theoretical and clinical performance of nurses in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The competency indicators of nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Surgeons'satisfaction with nurses in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The professional guideline manual combined with CDIO education model can enhance the competency,theoretical knowledge,and clinical performance of junior nurses in surgical collaboration within specialized teams.
