摘  要:进入新时代,党中央对考试招生制度改革进行顶层设计和重大部署。针对存在的突出问题,国家有关部门和地方政府以制度建设为核心,坚持育人为本,着力完善规则,强化综合改革,努力构建适应新时代要求的考试招生制度体系,积极稳妥推动高考改革。十年来,在促进学生健康发展、科学选拔各类人才和维护社会公平等方面取得重要成果,积累了宝贵经验。面对新形势、新挑战,考试招生制度改革依然任重道远。今后一段时期,要坚定改革方向,保持改革韧劲,增强改革的系统性、整体性、协同性,努力构建与教育强国和教育现代化相适应的现代教育考试招生制度。In the new era,the central leadership of the Communist Party of China has implemented top-level designs and policy arrangements for the reform of the examination and enrollment system.To address prominent issues,national departments and local governments have prioritized institutional construction,focusing on student-oriented education.They have diligently worked toward improving regulations,strengthening comprehensive reform efforts,and striving to establish an examination and enrollment system that meets the demands of the new era.Over the past decade,significant progress has been made in advancing Gaokao reform,resulting in notable achievements in promoting students'healthy development,scientifically selecting diverse talents,and maintaining social equity.Despite these accomplishments and valuable experiences accumulated during this process,the reform still faces new circumstances and challenges,indicating a long and arduous journey ahead.Therefore,it is imperative to steadfastly adhere to the reform direction,maintain its momentum and enhance its systematic,holistic,and synergistic approach.The ultimate goal is to construct a contemporary educational examination and enrollment system that aligns with the overarching goal of building a robust and modern education system for the nation.
